My name is Kerry Gatewood, and I have over 20 years of experience in adult learning and instructional design. I am passionate about helping people reach their highest potential. My journey in instructional design began at the age of 16 when I worked at my parents' family business. During that time, I created training materials to enhance efficiency, which ultimately led to a 30 percent increase in profit. At that moment, I realized I had found my calling. Since then, I have worked with several organizations, designing and developing web-based training courses.
